Ransomware Protection and Behavior Shield Keep turning off

Starting today the Ransomware protection module and the Behavior Shield module keep turning themselves off. I turn them back on and they shut down again almost immediately.
Any idea what's happening and how to fix it?

I took the initiative to uninstall and reinstall the program. After reinstalling AVG presented me with a message that Passive Mode was enabled and if I wanted to turn it off. I clicked on YES. I have no idea what Passive Mode is or if that was the issue prior to reinstalling. But everything is working fine now.

Thank you for writing back to us. If your device have any conflicting program like other 3rd party Anti-virus, AVG program will change it to passive mode. 

Could you please confirm whether you can see "You are fully protected" message on AVG Internet Security main page? Also, please confirm whether all components are active. We look forward for your response.
