Ransomware protection wont turn on

Hi, I've just purchased AVG and am attempting to turn on all of the features. It shows that everything else I switch on is working but for some reason when I try to turn on Ransomware it wont switch on, even though AVG keeps telling me to do so. What does this mean?

Do you receive any error message when you try to turn it on? Please repair AVG setup once and check if that resolves the issue.
