As I told you before I have no control over my computer, even the keyboard, when this alert is on the screen.
You sent me an email and I responded but I didn't look that it was a No Reply message.
These are the IP addresses:
181.50.43.14, this is supposed to be my IP. 142.93.202.53, wants to download files.
the support number is 855-305-3550, They say they are Windows support but they aren't. They caught me before and I allowed them to remote to my files. I think they put a back door into my PC. Since I'm a non-tech I didn't know any better then. They said my computer was corrupted and needed to be seen by a tech. They gave me contacts but I later found out from Canon and Dell that it is a scam. That's why I didn't bite this time. Hope you can help. Thanks

This worm hit my computer this morning while reviewing my Microsoft account. The message on the screen had two IP addresses, neither were mine. AVG support said to take it to a tech. I shut the computer down and rebooted. It went away but came back. I repeated the process. Haven't been bothered since. What else do I need to be safe? I have free AVG, VPN, and Internet Security. I've had free AVG for years with no problem. How can I tell if someone is coming through a back door?

Please do not respond to the number displayed.
They will provide false information that your computer is infected and try to get money from you.
Please check in control panel if any unwanted application installed. If yes, please remove the same.
Also, reset all your browsers as this may be caused due to an unsafe websites that you may have visited.
