I am sorry to hear that. Please follow the below steps to check whether it fixes the issue:
1) Open AVG Internet Security dashboard, click on "Menu–>Settings–>Components–>Firewall–>Customize"
2) To the right of "Policies" scroll down to click on "System Rules"
3) Enable the option for "Windows file sharing and printing", "allow remote desktop connection" and the last entry "Enable stealth mode"
4) Below policies, click on "Network Profiles", to the right - click on the network connection and change the profile to "Private" if it is set to "Public".

I have a client with the paid version of AVG 2017. I changed the router and added port forwarding (custom port address) and tested rdp and it did not work. I turned off the enhanced firewall and it works. I tried adding a record into packet settings but didn't work… Only works with enhanced firewall turned off…
One, it worked with the old router.
two, not sure I'm setting the packet settings right.
And I have no idea what else to do… please someone help!
