I still don't know if my AVG Security and my AVG VPN is activated. I know they are downloaded but going by the instructions to activate, they don't follow through with giving you the page to copy your activation code into. I've tried selectiong it from the menu list in the AVG interface and it tells me to select which product I want to activate, and I do but don't know if they are activated. I've bought the renewal for th VPN in the coupon email, because there was only about two weeks to go 'til 18th June so got that cheaper. It's still showing me the old one at the bottom of my subscriptions in My Account saying it's available for using. Will this disappear when it expires, as it can't be used anymore?
I'm looking to re-activate my AVG Security. I have the email with the licence number in, and I know I've done this before, but I sometimes forget in between. I know it tells you how to do it in the link in the email, but why do I have to download it again when it's already there? Surely all that's needed is to reactivate it again. It would be much simpler if you just clicked on a link in the email to reactivate.
I've also received the bonus coupons to buy some products cheaper, but there is only one that's due to run out ie: AVG VPN on 18th June '23, the others don't run out ' til next year, except for two new ones that I don't want. The offer runs out in 30 days. If I do the VPN now, do I get it at the reduced price? I haven't added up to see if that comes within the 30 days or not. Just wondering why they took payment for the AVG Security a month before it was due to run out?
