We are here to help you. Please open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > look for expiry date. The expiry date should be 11/7/2019, if not please use your new license number to activate it.

i thought i had re-activated my license but i have now received an e-mail telling me it needs to be done. I am not able to do this as the instructions to re-activate do not follow as stated.
