The problem concerns: AVG AntiVirus Free blocking Ultra VNC.

On many Windows 10 x64 computers that have Ultra VNC v.1.1.2.4 and AVG AntiVirus Free installed, I notice a problem. Ultra VNC works great until the main screen of AVG AntiVirus Free is displayed. After displaying the AVG AntiVirus Free main screen or any AVG AntiVirus Free message screen, remote connection support using the Ultra VNC program is blocked. The result of this is that I can't do anything remotely with the mouse, only the image displayed by the computer can be seen. When I uninstall AVG AntiVirus Free this problem never occurs.

Finally found how to disable "Self Defense" - turned it off and the problem went away.  AVG is most definitely blocked remote desktop control while AVG panels are open on the desktop as long as "Self Defense" is enabled.  Is AVG aware of this behaviour and is a fix forthcoming?
