Have you installed any other Anti Virus program in your computer ?
Sometimes new laptop's come with preinstalled Anti Virus program . You have to uninstall it completelyn
before installing AVG Program

Hi, I have removed McAfee from my computer and the Windows Defender security software is switched off, but I am still getting the error code OxC0070643. I have also removed any AVG products and tried to re-install them, including re-starting my computer many times.

​Please would you advise further.

Hi   I recently purchased a new laptop and have been trying to download my AVG Protection onto this computer but I keep getting an error Code :    OxC0070643  and a message:  Event exec_finished
​My Order number is 700-6739649.
Could you please tell me what I need to do in order to install this product.  My account shows that I should still have 285 days remaining of this product - AVG Protection Pro.
