Re-enabling programs that tune up has put to sleep

Please follow the below instructions to wake the sleep programs.
Open AVG TuneUp > Speed up  > Background & startup programs > Click programs sleeping at the bottom of the Background & startup programs screen > Select Wake to immediately wake the application and allow it to start running in the background.

I Tunes, Adobe Reader and Photoshop take so long to load since I used tune up to put them to sleep. How can I re-enable them so they load faster.
