We regret for the inconvenience caused. Please try to reactivate your subscription using the instructions provided below and check if it helps :
1. Click on your email id on the right top corner of the AVG Zen program.
2. You could find the option to logout as admin, please click on it.
3. Once done you will be logged out as admin.
4. Now you could find Connected button in place of your email id.
5. Please click on it and select 'Leave this network'.
6. Close and reopen the AVG program.
7. Click Connect in the right top part of the Zen window.
8. Click Create a new Zen Network or Connect to an existing Zen Network.
9. Fill in your AVG MyAccount login (your email address) and password, and then click Connect.
10. AVG Zen will recognize your subscription and your AVG product will be activated.

I have had my laptop hard drive wiped and reinstalled and I have to re install my AVG Ultimate. However, when I log into my AVG account on another device and try to add the laptop the '+' next to 'add devices' is missing so therefore I cannot add it. Any ideas???
