If you already see your email address on the top of AVG dashboard, please click that and leave the network. Once you leave, please click "Connect" and log in as admin with your my account credentials.
If the issue persists, please share the screenshot of the AVG Interface to assist you further.
Due to a big problem in my computer, I had to reformat and re-install my Windows 7, and had a subscription to AVG Pro.
I downloaded AVG Free, how do I get it to go back to the AVG Pro?
This all happened in the last three weeks.
