Following a reboot of our laptop I am unable to install AVG. I have used the McAfee uninstall tool as suggested and have closed Windows Defender. The installation failed after restarting the laptop, with error code 0xC0070643 and 'Event exec_ finished'. I have tried several times. We suspect a virus may have caused our laptop to crash. I ran a scan via Windows Defender but it found nothing. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks, Julie/
