We are sorry for the inconvenience. We see that you have AVG Internet security and PC Tuneup license. You have installed a different AVG (Zen) program which cannot be activated with the license numbers. So, we request you to uninstall the AVG Program from the control panel program list and also remove the AVG traces from C drive after restarting your computer.
Once you removed the AVG program , please click the link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Internet_Security_742.exe to install AVG Internet security . After installing AVG Internet security , please click the link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_PCTuneUp_765.exe to install AVG PC Tuneup.

Having had computer wiped, am assured by AVG that existing products are "active", but feel that I should re-install them myself. With the new Zen set-up I don't know how to do this. Have current licence numbers but nowhere to enter them for activation. HELP!!!
