My laptop returned from repair and I have 2 AVG products subscribed until August 2017 and September 2018 respectively. These AVG products are not shown on my account yet are listed in paid for products. I have used AVG since 2010. Why can I not re-install my subscribed AVG products online, and why on contact with Tech Support Team am I asked to pay £19.99 to re-install my already paid for AVG products? I have the expiry dates and the licence key numbers so this action should be available to all users whose circumstances result in AVG products being removed during the repair process.
