Re-intall/Installation Error

Hello Stuart.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we appreciate your patience and efforts so far. The issue is caused by a Windows installation process running in the background. The resolution is as follows:

Make sure that no other installation is running on your computer. If you discover another installation is in progress, please wait for it to finish and retry the update later.
Press simultaneously Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys on your keyboard.
On the next screen, click on Task Manager.
In Task Manager, on Processes tab, look for an item called "Windows installer" or "msiexec.exe".
Left-click the "Windows installer" to select it and then click End task button in bottom right corner of the Task Manager window.
A prompt will appear to confirm the action. Click End task again.
If there are more instances of "Windows installer" or "msiexec.exe" displayed in the Task Manager window, please repeat the steps 5 and 6 for all of them.
Then try to install AVG again. Thank you.

My problem started with a Update Installation Error. This error did not remedy itself after a restart, so I tried a repair via the "Programs and Features" screen in "Settings". This also did not work. I then uninstalled the program using "Programs and Features" and tried a reinstall using the file on My AVG login page. This did not work. I then used the AVG Remover Utility (64bit), did a restart, and tried the same installer file. Installation Error again. So I downloaded the offline AVG Internet Security File, used AVG Remover again, did a restart, and tried using the Offline Installation file. Installation Error. I then tried starting in Safe mode. Run AVG Remover, restart, Offline Installation install. Installation error. All the time I am getting Installation Failed. Error Code 0xC0070652. What else can I do to reinstall my AVG Internet Security program?
