Thank you for your email sent to Lesley, I must explain first that my name is NOT LESLEY.
I also do not understand your request for the information I quote "May I know i f you are receiving error message while contacting us on chat, and if you want to change avg my account email address . if there is any error message please share a screenshot of the error message to assist you further.can you please POST the screen shot here on your topic."Answer "and then click on mountain symbol and follow instructions " Unquote. This is another example of the communication problems being experienced by me .All of the above has nothing to do with me what so ever . This was a reply to a question I had. ( question included with the reply email ).Also another example of not being able to contact avg by email direct.( to POST the screenshot ) My original contact with customer was to do with another avg problem.It is now very obvious that not one person takes on a case and follows it through ( now five support staff involved ) It is very obvious that avg support staff do not thoroughly read all information sent or do not understand English.
