Reactivate account

I was sent an email stating that I have not reactivated my account. I followed the instructions but what is on my computer doesn't match what was given in the instructions. Please help me do this.

The email instructions sent was for AVG 2016 version and we are working on to send the steps for AVG 2017 version.
This process will take time and your patience is much appreciated.
To activate your AVG Internet Security (1 computer) product license, open Internet Security dashboard, click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions"
Click on "Enter license" to enter your license number and complete the activation.
If there are any issues with activation, do let us know.
