Hi, I already tried this, many times. I don't get an option to put in a new licence number. The programme did update 2 days ago and showed a 2018 expiry date for my licence, but it has now reverted back to showing expired. In addition I keep getting prompts to restart my computer, but this doesn't help solve anything. It is very frustrating ot have paid for something and firstly not get any the protection I have paid for and secondly experience additional problems with my laptop because of it. Either tell me how to solve the problem or refund my licence fee, as I'm not getting what I've paid for.
Hi, I have now contacted remote support and they fixed the issue (after 40 minutes or so). However, my AVG licence only runs until 19 September 2018. This means I have paid for nearly 2 months when I was not actually benefitting from my paid protection. Grateful if you can either refund me a the cost of 2 months protection on a pro-rata basis, or extend my existing subscription by 2 months. thanks.

Hi, I've previously had paid antivirus and recently it automatically renewed. However, the avg on my laptop has reverted back to free and I can't find any way to now put in my new licence number. I just get an option to purchase avg paid, which I've already done.

We have successfully merged and extended the subscription. I have emailed you the steps to activate AVG Internet Security with the new license number. This product is active till 2018.11.19.
