I apologize for the inconvenience. The activation email you have received is for the older AVG Internet Security version. Please open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Click Logout/ Remove license (If you have that option) > Enter the new license > click OK to reactivate the program with the new license number.

I renewed my AVG Internet Security subscription and received a new license number. I thought I had entered that in the prescribed spot. Now I receive an email telling me that I have not reactivated. It instructs me to use the Support tab under the top menu and then click "reactivate," but there is no such option on the Support page. What am I missing?
