We do understand your concern. I request you to click this link http://af-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe  to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start remover process.
After the remover tool process is successfully finished, I request you to restart your PC.
After the restart, I request you to manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of Mycomputer.
Now, try to install your products back in your system and you will be good to go. Please have a look at this article  http://avgread.me/1DXPL5z  to download and install AVG Internet security.

Ive updated my subscription. The email received says i just need to go to the options tab on my product and update the key. However there is no "Reactivate" option in my options menu. Can anyone advise?​
