Thank you for that, everything is up and running again. However, when uninstalling my AVG I assumed I also had to uninstall AVG Web Tuneup. Now I no longer have this product. Is there anyway to regain my AVG Tuneup?

We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount. This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products.

I have recently received an email stating my annual subscription renewal has 'gone through' and I am to proceed by clicking on 'Support' in the top menu, reactivating, entering my license number and selecting activate. I can not find the reactivate option within the support menu. I have gone into 'options' and selected 'update'. After years of being with AVG the site did not recognise me as having account based on my email address. I have created an account but the site still does not recognise any subscriptions. About ten months ago my hard drive died. IT installed a new hard drive and said they had given me AVG. Having said all this my AVG protection appears to be working fine.
