Hi everybody,
I have a subscription of AVG Tuneup (unlimited units), whitch has been renewed on the 27. december 2019.
I have followed your instructions and have logged in to my AVG account. Here a have copied the activation cod to the clipboard
by clicking “copy to clipboard”. When I paste the code in the activation form, I receive the message “Activation code NOT correct”.
RESULT:
I now have an AVG Tuneup installation, whitch I have paid for (the money is taken from my bank account), but the program id
NOT working because “your licence has expired”.
THIS IS A REAL MESS. I am really not impressed by AVG.
You should do this much better!!
How shall I solve the problem. A real quick response is wanted.
