I am sorry to hear that you are unable to activate AVG Internet Security installed. Please follow the below steps to activate AVG Internet Security:

Open AVG Internet Security->Menu->About->Subscriptions->Enter the license number

You will get a new window to enter your license number, please enter the same and the product will get activated to the pro version

I am trying to reactivate my account with my new security key. However, when I go to the menu there is no drop down option to 'reactivate' as per the instructions in the email!
