Reactivating license when installing on new pc

Thanks for your mail,

 

I logged into my account administration, where it states the license and key.

Just on a whim I downloaded the product, and noticed that the installation file was completely different from the one I had uses (don’t ask me how I got it).

So I removed the installation and installed the new.

Tipped in my licence key and it works fine. I now also have a menu “more from AVG”, “Report”, Support” and “Options” in the top of the window – I only had "Options" on the previous.

Anyway, it confirms my license up to april 2019 – so everything is fine.

 

I obviously had the wrong installation file.

 

Thanks for your help, consider me “handled”.
