Trying to install on my new pc but the installation never launches, nor does it get to the point where I put in my activation code. Can someone help me?

Did you get any error message when you try to access the program?

It is AVG Internet Security Unlimited , I received an email from AVG suggesting that I reactivate the program and the email had the reactivation code in it.
In February of this year I renewed my AVG multiplle device internet security.
In January I subscribed to AVG VPN for up to 5 devices, whioch I do not have activated on my desktop computer either.
It did not give me an error message. My pc came with McAfee, there was a free trial but that is over, and I wondered if that was blocking somehow the AVG install.
