On 7 Feb I reactivated Internet Security 2014 to 2015, your invoice 2602743603 refers. I was given a licence number which I recorded and was accepted.
When I retrieve AVG it still shows Internet Security 2014, advises that this expires on 27 Feb 2015 and invites me to reactivate, which I have already done.
Also my Desktop icon still shows AVG 2014.
Can you please advise how the system can be corrected, or better still, fix it from your end
