If you do not see "Options" in AVG interface, it must be the latest version that you are using. Please follow the steps below to enter your license number and complete activation.
Open AVG Anti Virus free/Internet Security, click on Menu and select 'About'.
On About page, click on 'Subscription' in the left pane.
Then click on 'Enter license number' to enter your new license number.
The program will update to paid version automatically.
You may have to reboot the PC once to finish the activation.

Hi,
I would like to reactivate my AVG license which I have now purchased. When I follow the instructions on how to reactivate, it says to open AVG via my desktop and then click the 'option' button in the window in the top right but when I do this, there is no option button available?
I have the license number ready to go, I just need to reactivate.
