In the latest version, the activation steps has been changed entirely and you have received the steps for the old version.
Please open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Enter the license (enter your new license number) and click ok.

I enter my AVG account, tab on support and yet no such wording of "Reactivation" appears, thereby making it impossible to enter my account number, am I doing something wrong ?
