Reactivation of llicense

You might have received instruction to activate older version of AVG Internet Security. I request you to open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription and look for the expiry date, if it's 2020.8.7. If not, then you can click enter license number/enter new license number to activate it.
If your AVG Internet Security already active with new license number, then you can ignore the received emails.

I have installed and paid for a new license for AVG but I keep getting emails telling me that I need to reactivate the license. The options suggested don't seem to exist and everything seems to be up to date. Has this happened to anyone else and how can it be resolved?
