Reactivation of subscription

I apologize for any confusion, the reactivation instructions you received was for an older version of AVG. I have just paid my subscription for another 2 years and have received an email asking me to Reactivate  this subscription. The email shows a copy of the opening screen with the heading of Support  and Options at the top - however my opening screen shows Menu and Avg only. Neither of these have a Reactivate heading. My screen has been changed recently by AVG and I cannot find anywhere in all the components where I can reactivate my account.
How can I get my old screen back and how do I go about reactivating my subscription.
I have spent so much time on this matter and now ready to cancel my subscription if I cannot get a reasonable solution.
THIS IS SOOOOOO FRUSTRATING.
Can anyone help me with this problem?
