Hi,
Recently I've had increasing difficulty as emails I I have tried to send either can't be opened by the recipient or, as in the case today, I'm not able to change the data that I'm trying to send into as file as the data has been listed as read-only.
I work from home and it's imperative that I am able to send documents to clients. Any help would be welcome.

3. Do you get any error message while trying to change data of the email?

5. Confirm the version of operating system installed.
