Support sent me an email telling me to go to menu and then to network profiles and change public to private. However I could not find network profiles in the menu. I also could not respond to support as they asked me to. I still am having a problem with not being able to print an email that I get weekly it says read only. Strange that I cannot print from my PC when I was always able to do so in the past. I can print from my ipad but really wish to print from my PC.
