Hi, I have been using driver updater for several years, however since a few months ago there is one driver update that causes issues, and now since today, a second driver update issue.
The first one is the Realtek RTL821CE 8.0.2.11ac PCIe Adapter driver version 2024.10.230.601. This one crashes my PC spectacularly to the point that I cannot reboot normally, with a famous blue screen of death. I have to restart my windows in recovery mode and reverting back to the last system restore point to get up and running again.
The second new one is the Realtek(R) Audio driver version 6.0.9876.1, which gives me a weird distorted display during update and then my system restarts with the new version not installed.
I currently run the latest AVG Driver Updater version 26.1 (build 6336), installed today, previous version was the Version 25, which had the same behavior.
I am also currently on Windows 11 Home Single Language edition 64bit , x64-based processor, Version 25H2 OS build 26200.7462 with Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.275.0.
Could a report option perhaps be added to the Driver Updater that when a driver gives issues after an update it enables the user to report this directly? Like where you can choose to skip or update a driver, add a skip and report option where a message can be added to report the issue directly to the Driver Updater developers?
Kind Regards
