Rebill despite the service being unsubscribed

But due to fact English is not my mother language I prefer chat or e-mail… I have also tried 2 times to ask your technical dept.to redirect me to the sales team so we could exchange our views, but it's loading without an end…
After so many trials I feel resigned, not willing to keep it longer. My definite decision: please activate your refund procedure for both AVG products.

I followed unsubscribe procedure for both 1)) AVG TuneUp (Multi-Device) and 2)) AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) before upcoming re-bill date, but to my surprise it did not work.
-My bank account had been charged instead… Then, few days later, I requested a refund, using proper link from account web page for both products, but after so many days I still cannot find any remittance from AVG. And the subscription is still valid.
Then I tried several times to contact AVG by on-line chat to talk about that issue, but seems it is not active (???).
Any comment please, AVG Team? I'd be glad this issue has been solved soonest possible, thanks!

Well, an option of extension of the license period is worth of reconsidering, since, like I said, what makes me not being satisfied with, is not the efficiency of your products, but the price level…
However, even "6m plus" offer seems to be still not much attractive comparing to the money spent on it. If you are able to add 9 more months to both discussed products' licenses, then I'd stay with you.
Please advise whether above workable.
