By accident I bought AVG internet security at the 4th of july.
It was not my intention to do so.
I didn't pay the bill till now.
I ask you if I can recall the subscription? In the Netherlands is that possible in between of 14 days.

Karin, no it is not through phone. To apply refund for AVG's subscription please use this link: https://support.avg.com/RefundForm?l= and submit your refund request. You will be received the refund status through email. Please keep checking for the email on spam, junk and inbox folders. Your refund amount will credited back in 5 to 6 business days.
