reCaptcha problems

When I attempt to login to my account using my username and password, I am required to check the reCaptcha (I am not a Robot) box. An error message then pops up stating that Google Chrome could not connect to the reCaptcha server. This also happens with Microsoft Explorer 11. This prevents me from being able to login to my account. 

How do I address this issue so that I can access my AVG account?
