I have received a sales code with the purchase if my laptop for 1 year avg security. I have followed the instructions and registered using my sales code but have not received the license number for my product. please can someone assist.

Matthew, I see the code you have purchased is still not registered to your AVG Account.

Click on this link https://www.avg.com/en-us/activation and enter the code you have purchased.

Once you enter the code and click on "Confirm Code", you will be asked to enter your "Personal Data".

Enter the details and you will be sent an email with the new license number.

If you get any error message while registering the code, please share the screenshot of the same to assist further.

Matthew, there is no specific email address to contact us.
We request you not to share the license key or any personal data on a public forum.
The key that you have provided is for AVG Internet Security (3 computers) product which has to be registered in this https://www.avg.com/activation .
Enter the key and click on "confirm code". Enter the other requested details and complete the registration.
Once this is done, you will get the full license via email to the email address that you have entered during the registration.
Use the full license number and perform the activation as mentioned in this https://goo.gl/LuVbxG article.
