Received an email from AVG that I did not request

I have tried twice (unsucessfully) to use the link  provided to me to send information to you as to what has happen as explained above.

My anger is becoming greater at AVG with the non-chalant way it is handling this problem.

I have contacted Verizon and now have removed both of the AVG apps from my phone and cancelled my subscription which I was told I would not receive any compensation for and it did not end until 10/31/16,

I would like to continue use of AVG on my Android HTC One phone if this matter can be resolved by adding a new PIN number.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Lori Buchholz

On June 15, 2016 at 10:24 AM, I received an E-Mail from AVG stating that a request had been made to recover my App Locker and Anti-Theft Security PIN.  The information was given out.

I did not make this request and want my Security PIN changed immediately.

I cannot believe the poor service I received when I called Customer Support and was given the wrong Department who does not handle Android phones.  The gentleman who did answer the phone in the incorrect department was kind enough to direct me to this website.

I hoping this matter can be handled immediately.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Lori Buchholz
