Hi Dinesh,
Thank you, it works!!!
After the app dev purpose, I believe I should switch back to 'Public' to achieve a higher security protection for my computer, correct?
Dear AVG,
Both of my dev server (computer) and connected Android device cannot access <ip address>:8080 but localhost:8080. Enabling the 'Internet Connection Sharing Mode' option under 'Enhanced Firewall' settings doesn't help too.
The full story is mentioned here > https://forum.quasar-framework.org/topic/7174/android-real-device-to-test-dev-app-application-error
Kindly assist soon, thanks!
ps: I couldn't upload images with this post editor.

Hi Santhosh,
In fact, this is not a direct matter of 'Android' as AVG is installed on the computer (app development server) and the Android device (with no AVG) cannot access the IPv4 network.
Please advise, thanks!

Yes, Susan. When the Network Profile is 'Public' a higher level of security is provided.
Because public networks present greater security risks, no incoming communication is permitted when this profile is selected.

Thank you for clarifying, Susan. In this regard, please switch the network profile to private once & check if it helps.
To do so : Open AVG - Hacker attacks - Enhanced firewall - Network profile from the drop down - Change the profile to public from private or vice versa.
