Received email about upgrading for sensitive/suspicious activity

Yesterday morning I received an email stating above topic…to later find out I was charged $39.95 for an upgrade…WTF is that about!!! Secondly…I requested a refund last night the same day as cjarge & you MORONS kept telling me that I'm unable to get a REUND!!! BULLSHIT…it's within the friggin 48 hr window REFUND my GD money NOW!!! Ps…it directed me to Google Play Store…submitted request through that as well!!! NOW I know why you SOB'S don't have a Cust Serv number…so you can HIDE from F'NG ANGRY customers like myself!!! Refund my money…GOT IT!!!
