Received following error alert and can't use

I got error 2.1 alert message and can't use VPN over my internet. How can I solve it?

Could you please try to reinstall AVG Secure VPN program once and check whether you can use it without any inconvenience? If you still have the issue, please do let us know. We look forward for your response.
