I renewed my subscription and received a confirmation for two years and then two days later received another invoice for a larger amount. Why did I receive the second invoice and I would like to cancel this invoice for $70.90. Also since I am not computer literate I need to know if I installed the subscription correctly under the first invoice? I cannot find a phone number to be able to talk to anyone to find out how to do this procedure.
