Receiving Oops! Looks like you're offline while trying to resolve performance issues

I completed a scan on AVG Internet Security, and it detected minor issues that needed to be resolved. When I click resolve-- I get a popup that says Oops! Looks like you're offline. I'm definitely not offline. I've clicked retry, nothing. Turned off my VPN, nothing. How can I fix this?
