Recent AVG Antivirus purchased does not show in an existing account

We could not find any active AVG subscriptions are registered under this email address.  We've sent an email, please revert it with requested information to proceed further.

And yes, you will receive an email notification 30 days prior to the automatic renewal order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This will also contains information on how to cancel your subscription if you decide not to renew automatically.

I just purchased AVG Antivirus. When it ask me to log in I had a stored email and password  available and when I logged in I could see free products but not the item I just purchased.

Also I would like to know if you send a heads up email that the auto renew is going to renew in time to allow me to decide whether to renew for another year or not?
