Recent email regarding MOVEit vulnerability

At the risk of sounding paranoid, I just wish to confirm that AVG has indeed sent out a email regarding the above topic and is offering a cost free product called BreachGuard for six months. I ask because in the linked guide to phishing the following is written under the heading "All the cool kids are doing it": "Here's some hard data for ya".  I don't know if the author is just trying to be overly colloquial but it is odd that just that type of sloppy language is later given as an indicator of a phishing attempt! In any event, please confirm that the email regarding MOVEit vulnerability is from AVG.

Sincerely, Robert Vellucci, 2023-10-31
