Bought AVG PC Tuneup on 5/20/15(order#605062040) and again on 6/27/15
(Order #65677356). Neither have been installed or operative (constantly the expired
notice shows up with "buy" now message). Need to get the latest duplicate cancelled
and refunded or service extended for the second year.
More importantly, need help getting the purchase installed as I do not have the skill
to accomplish the task.
