I see that you ordered two different programs AVG Secure VPN and AVG TuneUp-Unlimited on Feb 7, 2018.
The Auto-Renewal has been canceled for the AVG TuneUp-Unlimited but the Auto Renewal is still active for AVG Secure VPN.
Could you tell me if you have installed and activated both the programs on your computer? Could you also tell me which AVG Program is asking you to sign up again?

On Feb 7, 2018 I signed up for AVG and somehow I signed up twice so now you show that I have 2 accounts - #[Order Number Removed] for which I paid with paypal the amount of $59.88 and #[Order Number Removed] also paid with paypal for the amount of $44.99. I cancelled the account that I paid $44.99 for and received an email from you on Feb 7th advising this subscription has been canceled and automatic billing stopped.
However, I don't want to pay for two accounts especially as I cannot use the first account #[Order Number Removed] as I get so far and then it is asking me to sign up yet again.
Can you please help me straighten our this problem. Your help is needed!!

I have installed both programs, I think, and I don't think i have activated either one . Also I cannot tell which AVG program is asking me to sign up again. I tried creating a screenshot but don't understand how to do this.
