I recently wrote to AVG regarding my difficulties as a pensioner to financially pay ythe fee. You came back to me and kindly offered to discount the ultimate package for me. Which I was very grateful for, but this meant cancelling my present agreement and setting up a new agreement, which worked fine in September. However come October I have lost the PRO features of AVG Pc TuneUp. I'm hoping this is just a slip as I have always been more than pleased with software. Can anyone help as to what has gone wrong and how do I get the PRO features back. Thanks

I have sent you an email to register the code and the steps to activate AVG program on your computer.
