Hello Micheal,

I understand your dissatisfaction with the new 17.9 version released for AVG as it doesn't have Zen application, hence you couldn't manage and protect the PC connected to AVG network.
I have read the entire conversation that you had with our supervisor yesterday and the case was moved to senior team.
