I received "Remote Support" yesterday after making contact with your Technical support represenative. Slightly obscure route to get to the chat option but a successful outcome!

My error in the first place was not noticing the full original email with the license and "Redeem Service", but I downloaded the attached PDF which repeats some of the information but without the redeem facility! On reflection not sure how I missed the email! Thank you for the help.

Tony, As you can see from the previous posting link the AVG Community Support don't work weekends. Perhaps you would also like to try  this new form link (https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form) to get email/chat/phone support.
